Smartphones/Tablet/PCs Add Email Instructions:
ANDROID:
• Settings
• Accounts
• Microsoft exchange activesync
• Settings
• Click on the account
• Click on more settings
• Exchange server settings
• Enter your email address – ex. yourusername@afdclinics.com
• Under username enter – ex. yourusername@afdclinics.com
• Enter the new password you created when you logged into webmail for the first time.
• Enter the exchange server name – smtp.office365.com
• Check the “use secure connection SSL” checkbox
• Touch “DONE”
APPLE

• navigate to the link above for instructions on connecting Apple devices
• enter your credentials in the same format as above
• Settings-> Mail, Contacts, Calenders
• Click on Exchange
• Click on Account
• Email: Enter your email address – ex. yourusername@afdclinics.com
• Server: outlook.office365.com Username: yourusername@afdclinics.com
• Enter the new password you created when you logged into webmail or new Citrix for the first time.
• Advanced Settings: Check the “Use SSL” checkbox
